If Liz were Queen

I don’t know how many people will forget this Republican vote, but I won’t be among them.  Although Jon Stewart’s comments on these people are funny.  Let’s remember that the vote of these Republican Senators was anything but funny.  They supported a corporation’s right to allow women to be gang raped without consequences to those committing the crime.  These are people that you want to vote for ever again?  Not if you are a woman who has any self esteem.  Not if you are a father who loves his children.

The Republican Senators who voted against this bill have their morality mixed up with their Wall Street obligations.  Interesting to note that not all Republican Senators voted against the bill and not a single Republican woman voted against it–not even Kay Bailey Hutchison.
