THE VILLAGE ELITE AND THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN THE BIG HOUSE ARE CONFUSED!

Their subtle strategies, lies and manipulations had always worked before.

AND THIS TIME THEY EVEN OFFERED A HUGE CRUMB.

True, it wasn’t the whole cake, or even a slice of the cake.

But the villagers had contentedly accepted much smaller crumbs in the past.

They thought that if perhaps they danced an entertaining jig that villagers would accept their meager and unfair offer of an opt out or a trigger.  BUT IT DIDN’T WORK.  AND NOW THERE ARE EVEN WHISPERS OF MEDICARE E!
